At Addicted to Tools, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for every job. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the tools in their original, unopened packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
